Is it safe to order online?
Totally! Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption to protect your info. We never store your credit card details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Need to make changes? Shoot us an email ASAP at shoppalmie@gmail.com. Once your order ships, we can't modify it!

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $60. Orders under $60 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We process orders within 1-2 business days and your goodies typically arrive within 5-7 business days via standard shipping. Need it faster? We have expedited options at checkout! Check out our Shipping page for all the details.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now we're keeping it stateside and only ship within the U.S. But international shipping is coming soon!

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can watch your package make its way to you!

What's your return policy?
We want you to love your wristlet! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition. Check out our Returns & Exchanges page for the full scoop.

What are your wristlets made from?
Our phone wristlets are handcrafted with beautiful crystal beads, freshwater pearls, and natural stones strung on strong .024 wire. Each piece is made with love and built to last with everyday use!

How should I care for my wristlet?
Treat your wristlet with a little TLC! While they're durable for daily wear, they're delicate accessories – not indestructible. Gently wipe clean with a soft cloth if needed, avoid getting it wet, and keep it away from harsh chemicals or prolonged sun exposure. Please don't yank, pull, or let little ones play with it (we know those tiny hands love shiny things!). Handle with care and your wristlet will stay beautiful!

What if my wristlet breaks?
We stand behind our craftsmanship! If you experience a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase (like a faulty clasp or beads falling off right away), just email us at shoppalmie@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you a replacement. Please note that damage from misuse – like dropping your phone, pulling too hard, water damage, or normal wear and tear – isn't covered. These beauties are meant to be worn and loved, just treated gently!

Will my phone fit?
Our wristlets are designed to fit most standard smartphone sizes. Check out the product description for specific dimensions and compatibility!
